Zero Tolerance Anti-Fraud & Anti-Bribery Policy

Solanki Fusion Technology (SFT) and SBWM explicitly declare that we DO NOT charge any hidden fees, placement deposits, or ask for bribes in exchange for internships or job offers. Agar koi bhi vyakti (agent, employee, ya third-party) SFT ke naam par aapse job lagwane ke paise maangta hai, toh wo strictly FRAUD hai. Aise calls/messages ko turant humare niche diye gaye Legal Inquiry form ke through report karein.

1.1 Authorized Communication Channels

All official communications regarding selections, offer letters, and training schedules will ONLY be sent from official domains (e.g., @solankifusion.com) or through our official Portal dashboard. Any communication from personal Gmail, Yahoo, or unauthorized WhatsApp numbers demanding financial transactions should be immediately discarded.

1.2 Verification of Documents

Certificates of Completion, Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and Pre-Placement Offers (PPO) generated by SFT are digitally logged in our centralized database. Fake certificates forged by third parties will be verified as null and void. Universities and employers can request direct verification through this portal.

1.3 Legal Action Against Impersonation

SBWM holds registered trademarks and government licenses. Any individual or organization found misusing the name "Solanki Fusion Technology", "SBWM", or our logos for fraudulent hiring schemes will face immediate criminal prosecution under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Intern Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

By accessing the SFT Intern Portal and accepting project assignments, interns are legally bound by the following confidentiality terms:

2.1 Definition of Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to: source codes, database structures, client details, proprietary algorithms, marketing strategies, unreleased UI/UX designs, financial data, and internal chat communications shared within the SFT portal.

2.2 Obligations of the Intern

The Intern agrees to use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of completing assigned training modules and projects. The Intern shall not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, publish, or leak any part of the company's code or client data to any external platform (including personal GitHub repositories) without explicit written permission from the SFT Administration.

2.3 Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

All work, codes, scripts, and digital assets created by the Intern during the course of their training at Solanki Fusion Technology shall remain the exclusive Intellectual Property of SBWM. Interns may showcase approved front-end screenshots in their portfolios only after receiving a "Clearance for Portfolio" tag from their mentor.

2.4 Consequences of Breach

In the event of a data breach, unauthorized sharing of credentials, or violation of this NDA, SBWM reserves the right to terminate the internship immediately, withhold all certifications, and pursue legal damages for corporate espionage and data theft under applicable Indian laws.

General Terms of Service & Training Policy

3.1 Enrollment & Admission

Registration for Summer Internships (2.5 Months) or Advanced Training (6 Months) is subject to availability of seats and a basic screening process. SFT reserves the right to reject an application if the candidate's profile does not align with the program's prerequisites.

3.2 Attendance & Discipline

Interns must maintain a minimum attendance of 85% logged via the portal. Continuous absence for more than 7 days without prior official approval will result in automatic de-registration from the cohort. Professional conduct is expected in the internal Chat Rooms; use of abusive language, harassment, or spamming will lead to immediate expulsion.

3.3 Certification Criteria

Issuance of the 'Certificate of Completion' is not automatic. It is strictly contingent upon: (a) Fulfillment of attendance criteria, (b) Successful submission and evaluation of the final Capstone Project, and (c) Clearance of all dues (if applicable for specialized paid tracks).

3.4 System Access & Security

Interns and University Representatives are provided with unique credentials. Sharing your password with third parties is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Data Privacy & Protection Policy

4.1 Data Collection

We collect personal information including Full Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Educational details, Passport Size Photographs, and Resumes during registration. We also collect usage data such as login timestamps, IP addresses, and chat logs within our portal.

4.2 Firebase Realtime Database

Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase Realtime Database infrastructure. We utilize secure security rules to ensure that your personal information is accessible only to you, the SFT Administration, and your explicitly assigned University Representative.

4.3 Use of Information

Your data is used solely for the purpose of managing your internship, tracking your progress, generating offer letters/certificates, and facilitating communication within the cohort. We DO NOT sell your personal data or phone numbers to third-party marketers or telecallers.

4.4 Data Retention

Academic records and certificates are retained indefinitely in our archives for future background verification requests by employers. If you wish to delete your portal account, you must submit a formal request to the admin email, subject to legal compliance hold periods.
